I have a blue-chip Brand & Business Strategy background, mainly across food & beverage brands, which begun in 1999 as a Nestlé UK Graduate. Following 8 years at Nestle, I became Managing Director of one of the original start-up successes - Gü Chocolate Puds France, which I launched nationally and led succesfully for 3 years.

As project lead for the CHOBANI UK launch, I’ve experienced both the ups and downs of international business development. Across 25 years' I've learned from the challenges faced by all entrepreneurs across product development, brand building, demand generation, route-to-market definition, supply chain and co-manufacturing partnerships, managing finance, customer negotiation and last but not least, managing & developing people.

Muscle memory means I can quickly identify many of the common pitfalls faced by entrepreneurs and advise businesses on how to overcome them.

As a lecturer at UCD Graduate Business School for over 8 years, I've been able to conceptualise all of my practical experience, making it relevant to all businesses that have a customer with needs, competitors and a route to market!
